If you recently received a letter from me, it means that you have been indicted for a felony by the Franklin County Grand Jury in Columbus, Ohio. Most likely, when you were first charged, the case was dismissed for a "possible future indictment". That indictment has happened and you are now formally charged with a felony.
You likely have an arraignment scheduled in the next few weeks - do not miss that court date. It's also possible that you were indicted with a warrant issued for your arrest, especially if this is a serious felony charge. You could be arrested and taken to jail at any time.
It's important for you to take this matter very seriously and act quickly to defend yourself.
I have been protecting people's rights in criminal cases like yours for over thirty years. If you don't already have a lawyer, give me a call.
