Almost all Medicaid fraud cases filed in state court involve billing irregularities or fee splitting. My job is to analyze and reject the data the Attorney General uses to make his case. I have defended over 100 of these cases and not one of my clients has gone to prison.

Most drug cases in Franklin County involve possession charges. Even though serious drug possession charges carry mandatory prison sentences, I have negotiated non-prison outcomes for many of my clients facing these felonies.
